Our Passion

While our best sellers are standard sourdough and our 75/25 mix of white and whole wheat bread, if you are in the mood for a good Rye, specialized French, or a custom grain combo of your liking, we are here to deliver. Literally though, we will deliver it right to your doorstep! We wanted to add a level of convenience to our bread to ensure quality and freshness. Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. You can also schedule a time to swing by and pick up if you prefer.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide you with amazing bread and be open and honest about what goes into each loaf. Our bread is free of preservatives and is baked with real, minimally processed ingredients. The complete list of all ingredients are listed on each product page. Not only for allergen and dietary restriction concerns, but for complete transparency too! You deserve to know exactly what you are buying and putting into your body!

Our loaves may not last quite as long as the chemically protected storebought bread. But we think that’s exactly what you’re looking for.

The Experience

Upon placing an order we will give instructions based on the current climate of the Fort Collins area on how best to store your bread. In general, the guidance is that in higher humidity, keep your bread in a breathable cloth bag to avoid mold. In dryer times of the year (almost year-round for this area), it’s best to use an air-tight plastic bag to retain that moisture. Although storing bread in the fridge will resist mold for much longer, it will make your bread extremely hard and dense. So we recommend avoiding that. If you need to store your bread for an extended time it is much better to freeze it, than refrigerate. That said, with proper storage most of our customers are asking for another loaf before staleness or bacteria is ever a concern.
